Insurance & Financing in Vancouver Dental Implant

Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)
We accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). Coverage depends on your eligibility and the CDCP fee schedule.
Vancouver Dental Implant is a participating CDCP provider. You may qualify if you’re a Canadian tax resident with adjusted family net income under $90,000, you don’t have private dental insurance, and you filed last year’s tax return.
Applications for adults 18–64 opened in May 2025 by age group (May 1: 55–64; May 15: 18–34; May 29: 35–54), with coverage starting as early as June 1, 2025. Sun Life administers the plan. Not every clinic participates; we’re registered to provide CDCP services.
When booking, tell us you’re enrolled and bring your Sun Life CDCP member card and photo ID. The plan supports diagnostic, preventive, basic, and some major services. Any patient portion depends on program rules and required approvals.

We welcome most dental insurance plans and can submit claims directly to many providers, including:

Because plan rules differ by employer and policy, bring your benefits card and policy numbers. If you have two plans, we can coordinate benefits to help lower out-of-pocket costs.
Estimates, Claims, and Payments
You’ll receive a written estimate before treatment. On the day of care, we submit your claim when direct billing is available and collect any remaining balance. If your plan doesn’t support direct billing, we provide an itemized receipt so you can request reimbursement.
